There is a cook in the RR called Toad, he comes out to collect the bread.
In the original series there was a regular customer called Toad.
Physically they are as different as could be and they are not played by the same actor...
What do you think?

- Are we supposed to believe he's the same person?
- Does the RR always need to have someone called Toad?
- Is Toad simply a popular name and I never realised?
- Have I missed an important detail???
